RE: 2017/2018 Emmys
So, I think that Elisabeth Moss could choose any episode from season 2 and would be a worthy winner, but she would be a slam-dunk with "The Last Ceremony."
**SPOILERS** She has a rape scene and that reunion scene with her daughter, and this episode was masterful mainly because of Moss. DAMN! **END SPOILERS* Also, for episode submissions in Series, they should send: "June," "Unwomen," "After," "The Last Ceremony," "Holly," and "The Word." The finale has not been released yet, but the promo looks dynamite. I hope they do not send the latest, "Postpartum," because it was easily the weakest episode the show has ever produced. Can Bledel, Dowd, and Strahovski ALL get in supporting? I think so. I think it will be an easy win for Writing with "June," and I think both "Unwomen" and "After" will be up for directing. Never thought I would say this, but "Game of Thrones" should not win Series, Writing, or Directing over this. Wow. And, a change of gears, but I am watching season 16 of "Project Runway," and these twins were the bane of my existence. Absolutely detest these two. If this show sends "A Client on the Go," they could finally win the Emmy. Also, HOW AMAZING IS THIS TOP 5 IN TRUMP'S AMERICA?????? |

I've reworked my predictions! Edited in the rest of the categories and altered a few of the ones posted. Check them out!

RE: 2017/2018 Emmys
I think the weakest to get in for "Handmaid's Tale" in supporting actress is Alexis Bledel, even if she won the Emmy last year for guest. She does have a damn good tape with "Unwomen," however. And Ann Dowd should send "After" or "June." Strahovski has quite a bit to choose from. And I agree about her character. The writing and her acting are exceptional. I go back and forth from hating Serena Joy to loving to hate her. Crazy!
As long as Elisabeth Moss and Samira Wiley (that plot twist/reveal in "After" still kills me and was perfectly executed by Wiley) win, I am good. |

I really want to watch Handmaid's Tail but I'm quite put off any Scientologists content.

Huh???
And this finale had me shook. Yvonne Strahovski should win the Emmy. Wow. And Moss for the repeat, please! |

Moss is a scientologist so her work can be hard to support. I get it.

RE: 2017/2018 Emmys
1.) I was just needing clarity with the post.
2.) I did not know that about Moss. 3.) How do they allow her to do something like "Handmaid's Tale"? ALSO, nom-wise, massive lack of love for "Will & Grace," save Mullally (who I think can win). No Clarke nor Harrington in Lead in Drama. THREE actresses in for SActress nad GActress from "Handmaid's Tale," though Tomei misses out. Fiennes gets in. Is this a record for acting nomination # for a show? No Mandy Moore makes me so unbelievably sad. |

RE: 2017/2018 Emmys
The real "How come?" is the banishment of Viola Davis from Lead Actress but her inclusion in Guest Actress for the same character for that crossover episode of Scandal. Ya'll lazy.

The West Wing got an insane 12 in its third season, although without Guest categories, it would be down to 9. |
