You'd think so but it looks like she's definitely got away with it. If Madonna was say oooh, male and in these incredibly heightened times of any incidents involving 'minors', there might have even be an arrest if only because someone complained to the police. There'd very likely have been pressure on social media and traditional media outlets at such behaviour that it wasn't an accident but a deliberate act but they'd likely have gotten away with it as well.
There's also a "Who really cares!?" element at play. The incident has seemingly already been forgotten. "...best moment of my life." says Josephine Georgieu.
