Creative Arts Emmy winners.
The Queen's Gambit has 9 awards so far. The record for most wins is 13 (held by John Adams). If it wins at least 5 out of the 6 awards it's up for on the main show, it will break that record. P.S. Claire Foy winning Guest Actress for The Crown is a bullshit win. And I love The Crown. |

The Queen's Gambit was enjoyable, but I never really got the hype.

Since Foy won, I'd like to take retroactive, reparative action and give her 2018 Emmy to Keri Russell. I am SO thrilled "Agatha All Along" won Song!! |

I just thought MOE was well-made, which TQG is as well. I don't think either one is a revelation or truly inventive or anything. I do think Winslet showed us something new from her, which is incredible at this point. |

I completely forgot these happened. I've been watching random Emmy submissions of The Crown and I liked Claire Foy, but her win in guest is bizarre. I do wonder if that bodes well for Olivia Colman since she submitted the same episode.
I'm happy that Pose and Maya Rudolph won big too. |

Courtney B. Vance won Guest Actor for Lovecraft Country. It makes up for that stupid Claire Foy win.
